Client confidentiality is Design Presentation’s foremost concern. We maintain strict confidentiality agreements with both clients & employees. We ensure the identities of all clients’ projects, designs, drawings, graphics/ supporting sensitive materials and no sharing or publication of their images or data without the prior written approval from the client.

Design Presentation maintains secure state-of-the-art network environment, granting access to project information only to current team leaders. Design Presentation assures that the project data and information processed and stored by us is safe from virus, hacker attacks and other computer related issues. Design Presentation assures our clients that all the information and data is protected by the latest anti-virus and firewall software. Data transfers takes place through password protected FTP sites.

Design Presentation’s computers are backed up on a regular basis and are protected by Uninterruptible Power Sources to protect against sudden power loss. All the external drives like USB ports, CD ROMS are disabled so that data cannot be taken out of our premises. Internet access is barred to the team members except few senior staff members.
